Would love to see a feature where we are able to make notes for ourselves on what we like/dislike about a practice for future reference!!

This is a strong one, beginning with refining alignment in mountain, volcano and half lift, then adding a somewhat stronger plank flow, before moving into chair, warriors, reversed triangles and side angles. Option for a goddess, a wide legged forward fold, yet another long plank, then cooling down with a bridge and twists. I felt it was more a chain of separate little vignettes than an integrated flow but I definitely felt like I’d done some serious work after this.

What came to mind as I did this practise- if my feet are firmly and carefully planted, the little details of my pose, while exciting to feel I am doing them properly (thinking of that checklist for the pose), aren’t essential to my meaningful “success” in that pose. I realized that if my priority is that my foundation is solid as I make decisions, all the little expectations and pressures arent really essential to my success. Specifically, I’ve been building (for years) a spiritual, meaningful morning routine to ground my day, yet keep shifting what I do during that time, and can’t seem to tick those boxes I feel I should (ie. Sa ta na ma meditations done for 30 days straight have the most impact). I realized today that the foundation is my blocked off time to meet with myself and grow my spiritual awareness and tools, regardless of what I do each day. This releases a burden for me as I think I am just an intuitive person who likes to have options. Viola! Peace about that! 💗

I have been working in the forest this morning moving branches and huge pieces of wood. This flow was exactly what my body needed in order not to get stiff after the heavy work. Thanks a lot!

This was a total mind and body reset that I needed today! I need to focus on what my body can do and not be so hard on myself. Respect and love for others has to start with respecting and loving myself sometimes I lose focus of that. So grateful to YWA! 💗🙏🏻☮️

I adored this practice! Starting out in mountain, focusing on grounding, and then moving into a strengthening flow really put my being back into balance today. Thank you Adriene! Goodness, I am so grateful for you and Benji, this practice, and this community. Namaste, everyone!

Nice one! I loved the reversed triangle flow! But 2 days after "Kiss" and its low boats, I almost couldn't stretch my belly in cow pose 🤣
