I always cherish the moments I can truly leave my body and just let myself drift away. This is a new favorite. I was feeling anxious and tired and now I feel so relaxed and ready for the last day of June.

Great practice for me today. I thought I wanted something a bit more active but as I have a sore knee from a fall my body needs a bit more slow movement and stretching. It is worth opening your eyes at the beginning to watch Benji decide he was going to lead the practice today and sit right in front of Adriene and watch her pet him as she talked. Love ❤️ you both.
