Should start doing that in the 32nd Week +/- especially if one is very sporty. It should not be a taboo, it is so helpful to prevent perineal tear. Thanks for talking about the visualization, i feel so skeptical but am trying the HypnoBirthing process and its all about this. I will give it a shot for sure, so thanks for the encouragement!</p>
