Many of our hip flexor muscles attach along the front of the pelvis and sides of the lumbar spine; without adequate abdominal strength, the pelvis can be pulled forward, causing arching of the lumbar spine and lower back pain. Wow! That was so good Liz! I love this! Amazing! Nice cat-cow variation! Thank you for those subtle pelvic tilts. It makes perfect sense - great cues.
