Thank you, baby Adriene! Very efficient video. Great cues! Sliding the back leg to get into position feels so good! I love pigeon pose. It’s so regal. I find it to be good for my thighs, hips, back, core, spine, legs and heartspace. Happy, healthy practice to All! 💚🩵💙💜 10/23/25

I love pigeon pose, though I didn’t always. I have very tricky hips, and I use a lot of yoga to help me. I love this routine and clear explanation of what you are—and are not—doing in pigeon. I will caution folks that a lot more time is spent on the first leg and less time on the second leg. For me, I need more time on that second leg, so I when I use this routine, I quit before she is done talking on the first leg, and then I spend more time on the second leg, all the way through the end of the video. That works for me, working the hip that I Really need to work on, And I can go through it twice if I want to to feel really, really good.
