This is my least favourite of the series, mainly coming after the detoxifying session. Perhaps a guided meditation could have worked better with the proposed stretches and poses. By the way, why dont sessions start with sun salutations?

This is series is nourishing like kale is. (And the safe and protected as a mantra, really? It occurs to me that protected by those around us is just true for some people in this community.)

I struggle with the transition from downward dog to plank. My plank feels as if my back is too high and my feet are not far enough back. Does anyone else find this? 🙏🧘‍♀️
