What is the best series to move onto after this one? I've got a bit of mojo back after a long pause, still have painful knees but would like to keep the energy going from here. I'm thinking of something transformative like Power or Reboot but not sure I can hack it. Anyone got ideas?

My crow took flight! Woohoo! After years of practice, something finally clicked and I flew with so much ease, I was elated! Thank you once again Adriene + team for this gorgeous series, it was all I needed, and thank you Benji for your playful presence even off camera 💕

There’s so much love and attention and detail in these 20 odd minutes each day. Thank you, Adriene. I love you and practicing with you every day. FWFG and YWA make these cancer riddled days more bearable 🧡

Great, fun vinyasa flow. Begins on your back, allowing to really get present with your body. Flows through dogs, lunges, warriors etc and peaks with a dancer pose. Extra time for some crow practice or a toe balance (if neither is your idea of a fun flow, you can easily swap this for a child’s pose, a cobbler’s pose, a reclined hero, a seated forward fold, some core work, just picking whatever feels nourishing). Ends with some nice relaxing bridges. Great finale for a fantastic series, thank you adriene.

Ive been practicing daily for about 90 days. It seems like I’m feeling more clumsy & tired. Is it better to take days off or press through?

Today I did my first crow pose in 3 years of practicing! Even though is was for a few sec, it was quite liberating(because before this it was quite terrifying not to fell on my face 😄)

Thanks for these series, much love from Ukraine 🤍

This series came out shortly after I'd had a hip replacement. It was just a bit too challenging then ffor me given my mobility issues. Now after 4 months it was a delight to follow. Still with its challenges but ones I could rise to. Really enjoyed the whole series. Thanks Adriene.
