A delicious start to the day! I played it at 0.75 speed, as is my habit with Liz’s videos, and it was perfect for me.

Anyone else read it as “facial stretches”? 🤣🤣🤣

Lovely exercises! ❤️ But I found the breathing pace a bit too fast, I get stressed if I breathe like that. It seems like the shorter videoes - overall, not just with Liz - sometimes get a bit rushed to fit the time frame. I wish for a calmer pace, even if that results in longer videos.

Being in first gear this morning I had to pause a few times to keep up but some really amazing stretches and I do feel taller 😀❤️🙏

lovely video, pilates is new and curious to me. Can anyone tell me please how I can pull my navel in and keep breathing? I have the same issue during some yoga asanas. Somehow pulling my navel in blocks my breathing and feels like I'm adding lots of pressure. What am I doing wrong please

I’ll try tomorrow’s video on .75 speed and see if that’s better than stopping and rewinding throughout the video! I’m guessing by the comments that it’ll be better!

Thank you Liz, I don't know if I'm doing them in the right order but I did this one first. I'm a day late, I was sick yesterday. (Sinus congestion) so I'll be doing at least two today. Consecutively.

This one felt so good. I enjoy the pace. Onto the next one. I do enjoy about an hours worth every day. 🙂
