<p>July (or Joo-lye depending on who you ask) is here and my oh my what a year it has been. Welcome to a new season, dear friends. I am right there with you, riding the waves of the world and holding on to the light. This month we join to ask questions that help us think and move towards what matters most. <strong>What gives you a spark?</strong> What relationships or pursuits are life giving? (Be prepared to also observe those that are not.)</p><p><br></p><p>In this vlog, I offer some contemplation questions and affirmation prompts for the month ahead. Courage comes up. As well as paying attention to the order of operations so that you can be AVAILABLE for the sparks in a whole way. I am energetic as I share this month from Washington State where I have been caring for myself, working remotely and studying more about the brain and the spine! How soles of feet know </em></p><p><em>Where they’re supposed to be. </em></p><p><em>I’ve been thinking about the patience </em></p><p><em>Of ordinary things, how clothes</em></p><p><em>Wait respectfully in closets</em></p><p><em>And soap dries quietly in the dish, </em></p><p><em>And towels drink the wet </em></p><p><em>From the skin of the back. </em></p><p><em>And the lovely repetition of stairs. </em></p><p><em>And what is more generous than a window?</em></p>
