<p>Wow, wow, that was so beautiful. I have done the Self Love practice more times than I can count. This was my first time trying the practice that inspired it. This was so amazing and so so perfect for my Saturday morning. I was crying and laughing and sweating, it was amazing. I hope I can carve more time out for this longer practice again, it was so needed. Thank you Adriene and Team, you have changed my life for the better in so many ways. Thank you. </p>

As I lay on my mat at the start I was thinking of all the cats I've shared my practice with over the years, past and present.
