Please join me in welcoming one of the most layered and beautiful humans I know, Kristopher Kelly!

Kris and I first met when we were children. We became friends after we were both cast in a professional production of Fiddler on the Roof at The Paramount Theatre in Austin. At the first rehearsal, nerves were high, and we happened to be paired to sit together in a wing, waiting for our entrance. We’ve been close friends ever since.

I love Kris for so many reasons, but high on that list are his natural capacity for love and his depth. We’ve grown up alongside each other and shared a life rich with relationships, continued learning, entrepreneurship, travel, music, art, and healing. Kris is the kind of person and friend who reminds you that you can be who you want to be… that we contain multitudes.

I cherish my lifetime connected with Kris because he reflects so much back to me, offering unconditional positive regard, love, and the courage to speak his mind. He’s super smart, savvy, fun, generous, and can sing like an angel.

Kris is here to guide breathwork and serve our community. But in truth, he has always been here - supporting and witnessing me. For that, I am, and forever will be, deeply grateful.

Please join me in welcoming Kris Kelly. I hope you enjoy his beautiful breathwork sessions — whether you’re looking to deepen your pranayama practice or just beginning your exploration.

Love,

Adriene

Kris Kelly is a breathwork guide and somatic facilitator devoted to helping others reconnect with their innate wholeness. Trained in Somatic Breathwork in 2022, Kris has since led weekly community sessions at 3rd Eye Lounge at Casa de Luz in Austin, Texas, and offered a growing number of 1:1 sessions for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and self-healing.

With a background in classical voice and music composition from New York University, Kris brings a deep sensitivity to rhythm, tone, and presence into his facilitation. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University, expanding his integration of somatic, psychological, and spiritual approaches to healing.

Over the past few years, Kris has witnessed the profound power of the breath to transform lives, helping people release long-held emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover a sense of inner peace. His approach is heart-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that when we slow down and breathe with what is present, we remember how to love ourselves and return home to who we truly are.

Free guided sessions are available on his YouTube channel at youtube.com/@KrisKelly.

IG: https://www.instagram.com/kristopherkelly

TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@kristopher_kelly

FB: https://www.facebook.com/KrisKellyMusic/
