Still one of my favorite meditations, with a gorgeous music, but I don’t really come back often to it, as the various bird and maybe dog barking sounds in the middle actually make me nervous and I can’t concentrate on the meditation itself because the sounds make me feel bad. I would lovw to hve this meditation without these sounds, only with the music - or with the little singing birds just like the ones in the beginning and the end. I don’t see how those sounds in the middle are not distracting and distzrbing for anyone but me…

Barutiful. One of the best guided meditations I have ever come across, thanks Adriene. Did Yoga for Renewal yesterday and this always seals the deal. I am nourished. I am guided. I am supported. Thank you!!!! Whenever i start to get sick now i get such bad anxiety (im sure many can relate these days!!) but these meditations help bring me back center and i swear they help me heal more quickly!! Thank you!!

I really appreciate these videos and these practices, I try to get to the mat everyday to do a meditation practice, I would like to do more yoga but I have severe acid reflux which makes it difficult. I have to say though that I must be doing something wrong! Lots of people saying they feel emotional during or after these experiences, its obviously touching something deep within them to react in this way. I generally feel calm during the practices and grateful for doing them, but otherwise feel discomfort from sitting in the lotus position for 15 minutes! Thats more likely to make me cry...

<p>So beautiful I did this with my dog sitting in front of me with my hands on his bottom n chest. He can b a bit stressy but by the end of the session he was lying flat out on his side totally chilled . So powerful thank you </p>

<p>Just retired from teaching high school art for 33 years &amp; in my “new life” meditation is on the schedule. I love this practice &amp; I especially love that my 6 lbs cairn terrier/chihuahua mix (think Toto in a chi body) comes and sits in my crossed legs as I begin, settles in at the same time Benji does, lol. Sometimes I know she sits up as I breathe in cause I smell her tiny dog breath near my face, hahaha. Wish I had a camera on us, but the meditation has taught me in a short time MY experience in the moment is what matters, no evidence needed to my life. Twyla is her name (after dance choreographer, Twyla Tharp) a rescue brought here in a transport from Texas as a puppy…no wonder the connection! Breathing in love, out love to you…</p>
