<p>I often get overwhelmed with emotions when I do these meditations.  Im not seeing any other comments to this effect.  Is this normal?</p>

This meditation my rescue during my 12 days in hospital with 2 very acute bowel surgeries. So much pain, such loneliness (no visitors because I also had covid) and death anxiety worse than anything I have ever experienced. All love to you Adriene and the team at fwfg. Without this meditation, my soul would have suffered even deeper wounds than those that could not be avoided. My near death experience has filled my heart with so much love. After 200 days in a row with you on my yoga mat before this chaos and your presence at the hospital has led to the conclusion that I love you and and the whole fwfg community. Thank you. <p>I find this meditation to be calming and easy for me to go “deep “. I did not let go but it helped me to realize that it was ok not to let go of the grief I have over the death of my son. The meditation allows me some peace and memories of him pop up. 💕Thank you Adriene for a beautiful practice.🙏💕</p>

I found out this past week I have to have a breast biopsy in the three weeks so this helped me find peace in my anxiety. I'm sure I will be back over the next 3 weeks as I wait from my appointment.

<p>Love this! I use earbuds when I do meditation to go deep, I find it so helpful. At the end of today, I stretched and tapped my bud and it switched to Mad World from Tears for Fears. I went from zenned out to rockin' out!! Too funny.</p>

feelings of floating and lightness. Very nice. I love when you say "let go" vs. "let it go". It made all the difference, just leaving the word "it" out. Sometimes I am just holding on to everything not just one thing. Thank you.
