<p>What a wonderful series!  I really appreciated how Light addressed the most common questions about meditation and made it very practical for modern day lifestyles and inclusive for everyone. He has such a calm and engaging manner of speaking - reminded me of Barack Obama's voice, style of speaking and hand gestures. Anyone else think that?  It's a nice speaking style - I could listen to either of them speak all day long.  Thank you, Light, Adriene, and FWFG team!</p>

hat was wonderful. Thank you for this beautiful series. For sharing spiritual minimalism and this stress-free introduction to meditation. Working inwards to spread positive energies within and out into the world, such a powerful notion. There’s a lot of great takeaways from this course and I am honored to have been a recipient of your wisdom and your brilliant Light. Something that would be really great is a setting on the calendar to note that i completed a meditation or yoga time without having to note a particular one - i use the calendar to keep myself motivated and it really works to see those green dots! Maybe a blue dot for a meditation - and a generic one that can be added when the meditation or yoga session was a ‘freeform’ one?
