I broke my shoulder 3 weeks ago so this was perfect! I keep my injured arm slinged tightly and do what i can.

One of my all-time favourites (with the one on Pyramid Pose) for when I want a hands-free session - and Adriene's special sessions for wrists really helped me cure a persistent pain in my left wrist (the oldest sessions, Yoga for Wrist Pain and Yoga for Healthy Wrists).

Wow, this short practice really got my heart beat up! I hurt my wrist yesterday so this was perfect but I kept losing my balance, need to work on that!

This has been favorite of mine for years! I call it "motel room yoga", because you can do it in the little narrow space between the bed &amp; the wall, or the hallway. I'm at a cabin today, and this was perfect. Just because it's short in time and compact in space doesn't mean it's less than a good workout!
