This video is a bit too slow for me. I think this is great for beginners but not for yogis who have been practicing more regularly. Too much explaining for me and not enough flowing.

Practiced this at night as I felt I need to stretch, strengthen and balance my mind, body and spirit (keep negative vibes at bay!). I got what I came here for: balance. This session was so soothing, calming and yes, strengthening as well. Wonderful pace, calming, breathing and stretching session great for my neevous system. I am definitely a whole lot stronger than ever before I found YWA. There’s ease, joy and strength in all the poses (mountain, forward (seated) folds, planks, lizard (so nice!), downward facing dog, warrior…)! I am enjoying my yoga practice in large part to great teachers: Adriene, Sumair, Marnie and Rey! Namaste ❤️🧡💛💜💙💜

<p>This is a slow practice but as deep as you want to go. I find these poses very strengthening if I put all my focus and attention into posture and alignment. Great morning or post workout practice!</p>
