<p>A little bit sore in my shoulders and wrists today but this actually helped once I had warmed up a little. </p><p>Amazing how such subtle movements can be challenging and work so many areas! Have a feeling the core is going to get a lot of attention this week. Am off to have a minor procedure on my back this morning so hoping I can finish the week! </p><p>Great practice ❤️🙏</p>
