Revel in divine slowness, land in the present moment with a deep breath, and enjoy this time to wind down for the evening. Allow yourself a moment to release and let go of the day thus far. Let this potent time be an offering to yourself, to notice how you’re feeling, to have a felt sense of your body, your breath, and your heart space.

You are your home, get cozy my friend.
Light a candle, grab a blanket, settle into stillness.

I will meet you there.

Amazing! Lying here still… savasana plus comments. Adriene , can’t begin to tell you what a life raft you’ve been for this Huck (Huckette?)! It’s been 2094 days without a day missed since January 1, 2020. My daughter introduced me to you in France in a sultry summer of 2019 and we kept it up pretty regularly. Then I decided to commit to daily practice. Not always long. It’s carried me through the pandemic, the fatal illness of my husband in 2021 ( even doing it in the hospital— tough, but I inspired, birth of my beloved first grandchild 2022 ( many hospital practices while there, I was Mamma doula,) and most recently we all caught Covid for the first time— after FIVE years of being careful. Proud to follow you Ma’am! Queen Yogi A! ❤️❤️❤️🌟💫

Worked beautifully for me as a morning yoga session after a bit of a restless night - feel balanced and ready for the day. Thanks Adriene and team - as always a great pleasure to start the day in your company - so grateful I stumbled on FWFG years back 🙏🤗

💗 💗 💗 I did this practice in a nearby quiet park on a beautiful autumn day. Coincidently an older couple with their dog walked by on a path, emerging from the bush closest to me and asked if I was stretching or hurt (we chuckled as they wondered if they’d have to carry me out)…but right at that moment when their dog walked by, Benji barked and walked off screen in the direction of their dog! It was like it was all meant to be and that I was right in the video along side Adriene and Benji. How wild is that 💫 💕

Can’t wait to try this tonight! I’ve always been a morning yoga gal, but I’m experimenting with adding evening or pre-bed yoga to my routine and this looks wonderful!

11-26-25 Is that Nani at the end with her delightful chimes? Love those so much. Beautiful way to come in and out of Savasana. 💚 And yes… every part of me feels much more grounded and at ease after this slow flow. 💕🕯️

I practiced with earphones and what a delightful surprise that the twinkle sounds at the end of class were bilateral! It was like a little brain floss to seal the deal. More of that please! 🥰
