<p>Feeling incredibly out of balance after learning yesterday that my husband’s cancer may have returned. Coming back to FWFG and trusting each day is what I need. <p>A lovely centering visualisation at the beginning of this sequence, plus a few warming stretches and a challenging balance (with lots of modifications so you can chose your level). Enjoyed it - and our eild blustery day here in Yorkshire melted to sunshine as I practiced. 🌤️</p>

<p>Fun way to start the day. Centers and steadies. Adriene is at her playful and chatty best, so it’s also like hanging out with a friend while you try not to fall down :). Fully on your feet for this one, no flow, just settling in your body then moving a bit and balancing. Thank you! 🙏❤️🙏</p>

Help, I've been doing yoga with you Adriene for over a year now and my center and balance is still shaky. Should i just keep repeat practising balancing or does finding center mean something else?

<p>“Honoring the process. Honoring it all in an effort to stay balanced.” Adriene, you’re so kind. Thanks for sprinkling lots of grace in this compassionate Balance-ing act. I love quiet mountain. And how we started the session and closed it up ;) in the same manner. I relished Star Pose, really owned my space. Love that I am able to touch my hand to opposite toes. Warrior II felt empowering. Chair pose. Standing one-legged and dancer’s pose, my outstretched hand touching the wall. It’s been a long day…I don’t have to needlessly suffer. 🩵My whole body, especially my feet have held me up splendidly well the whole day! So I gifted my knees/legs grace. That’s why the walls are there! 💜I am ready to Rest and Restore. 💚💚💚💚 12/04/25 </p>

<p>I find it so interesting how some people find Adriene’s talking distracting/tedious and others find it helpful to achieve balance, it seems like it probably comes down to whether you’re following what she’s saying or just trying to tune it out! I personally love it, her verbal guidance that is at once lighthearted, loving, and deeply wise is one of the reasons Adriene has resonated with me so much, and I don’t really get tired of it over the years. But some days you just crave some quiet, I get it! Sometimes it can be hard to absorb information while focusing hard on something like a balancing pose. To each their own! Wishing everyone a balanced day 💕✨⚖️🧘</p>
