Nice (inner) space exploration! My body can handle hard situations. Thanks Adriene for guiding me through this session to shine bright lights into the dark places. It’s so saoand gratifying! Nice way to start the practice standing and then Knocking on Heaven’s Door! My hips loved the wide-legged sequence: forward folds with arms stretched out to the front…the twists…transitioning to open the hips to one side then extending the other leg on the other side, toes up…skandasana. That felt really good! Fun too! I need more of that! Loved Warrior II then stretching arms up touching hands together as legs straighten…empowering flow of energies too! Be creative. It can be so off the mat too. Allow the process. Release any doubts. Let go of any expectations. Enjoy each moment. My body can do difficult poses on the mat. I can choose not to push myself to do handstand. I can enjoy the wide-legged forward fold with crown of my head relaxed on the ground. Explore different perspectives. Create space. Widen my base. Adjust my lens. Be willing to explore challenging poses and revel at how it makes me feel about how flexible my body can be. I can imagine myself being so off the mat too. Shed some weight off my shoulders, relax, shine some light and see clearly…this is a beautiful session with uplifting energies and positive messages! Thanks Adriene, for all the amazingly supportive hips exploration. Good for the hamstrings, quads, thighs and back too! I am smiling…ready to Rest and Restore. Peace. Light. Love. To All . Take good care. Be well. 💚💚💚💚11/30/25 this has been another lovingly supportive month. To dance to the Rhythm of life at my own pace. Another empowering month.

I liked it😍, but the poses to go from one side to the other down low was absolutely too tough for my old body🤣. Thank you for shining the light on all of us, every day💝🙏🏼💝🇳🇴🌻🐝🌻

A great practice for a somewhat grumpy, stiff and feeling-stuck-in-a-rut kind of morning. I feel much more open and willing to face that 'whole new world', hehe. Thank you! 🌷
