This is such a different and lovly way to meditate did it actually on the couch today. It felt soooo good not sitting up straight. 🌻✨🙏🏻

This is amazing. What a difference being comfy made. I generally struggle to relax with meditating ( yea i know) but being in a comfy chair with my wrap got me really calm and " there" very sweetly andcquickly.

Love this so much. Brings so much relief…I self imposed so many physical expectations on my meditation (sitting just right, breathing just right). Light, you’ve allowed me to give myself permission to just be! Thank you!

Thank you for this alternative approach. I actutally did day 1 and 2 meditation in a row. And strangely, before I even opened the video I sat on the couch with pilloqs behind me and a blanket over my shoulders!! This in never how I meditate. Love intuition

<p>Great addition! I have received different sitting postures from diversity of backgrounds based on prioritzing different benefits. Musculoskeletal, meditating or studying. Still exercising bliss and lucid concentrations on state of mind somewhere between sleep and wake states. Really opens you up and strengthens awareness and memory. Recognizing other's illusions or distractions. 🥋🏋</p>

This was great! And I really felt like staying for more. Thank you! This gradual approach is really working for me. I'm new here at FWFG but I've been in the YWA community for a while. Inlove this, sitting in a chair has completely changed meditation for me as im usually seriously uncomfortable in the upright crosslegged ‘easy pose’
