Thank you! I would love a video guiding us through the warming the vase breath and meditation on melting blockages toward the heart. :)

I tried the warming the vase techinque for thr first time and the next day I was a emotional mess, could not stop crying over things that wouldn't normally effect me. Was this just coincidence? I'm now concerned about doing more if this was the effect as cant afford to be a emotional wreck at work (again)

I am really enjoying these talks! I wonder what it means to "abide" in a particular chakra. Does it mean that this area needs tending or simply that it is more active than other chakras?

Thank you Rey! I am connecting more to this series. I did this whole Chakra series when it first came out. I was new to the practice. There was just too much to absorb! But I was intrigued. And enthralled. It was a whole new world and yet, familiar. In a way, it made perfect sense! How to get there? ;) I came to (go about and) journey inwards…to see what constitutes…and find what makes who we are. Essentially. I was then rebooting, recalibrating, reassessing…bent on not getting bitter. I need more…of and in life…I didn’t want to grow bitter. I shared so much already. This is possibly my 4th but uncompleted revisit. I set it aside, each time, aware of not moving too fast…it’s always in the back corner of my consciousness. I went along with my daily rituals, activities that are now intrinsically part of my existence. I never lost sight of the energetic superhighway. And I punctuate each comments, mostly…as I am focused on aligning it all to my values, or vice versa, that much I have shared too. A journey of self-discovery, devoid of any expectations. Trust. Surrender. Allow the unfolding. The process is the reward. It’s been delightful. I am not being influenced…but transforming myself…It’s been awhile. In the intervening years, and especially of late, with so much uncertainty…I felt the sense of urgency…and I felt and feel so seen/heard/held/understood/respected with so much love, compassion and considerstion…Move and Flow were great, and all the other series and workshops gave me glimpses into something underneath the surface…a bridge…to where I felt I could rightfully be…all those sessions in the monthly-themed calendars felt and feels like something is brewing within…and it’s exciting…I feel so gathered, especially of late…I consider Hatha Yoga as practicing life on the mat. Grounding. Pushing up and gathering energies from the earth. Managing the push and pull, recognizing polarities…riding the wave…I am a 5-pointed star. Much like the warm, bright, golden yellow sun amidst the blue sky of limitless potentials! Awesome Rey! If does that not move one to keep showing up to practice…I don’t know what else will ;) and this revisit I feel is Perfectly timed for the times we are in! To be reminded of our own Aura.

I love kapalabhati breathing. As I listened to your chat sat as you were, I practiced it along with you. Picturing my Manipura. (I listened 3x!) And thanks to all the other contents here from other teachers like Liz, Jenn, Sam, Alia, Nani, Sumair.. I am blessed to enjoy it. I will do more of Warming the Vase breathing. As Tyler attested, all the cool kids are doing it ;)

Thanks to Marnie, I have a better grasp of the the TVA. And yes, I have been incorporating it not just on the mat, but in my daily life too! I can do more in life with ease, thanks to all of you!

The journey continues…Peace. Light. Love. To All. We are all worthy! We are all stardust! We have the awareness to Keep our Cool in those heated moments…thank you Rey! 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜💙🩵💚 09/03/25

Thank you for leading me to this again. Isn’t it fascinating how our reception and understanding develops over time. This must be the third or fourth time I have listened to these chats and they move me differently each time. Coupled with the solar plexus practice this morning has been potent and inspiring.

That’s basically why diaphragmatic breathing is essential to heart health! Rey, you explained it well in just a few seconds! When faced with challenges I pause and focus on the breath! Breathing in slowly/deeply and prolonging/extending the exhalation 😁🥰 it’s a magical! Doctors/AHA touts its merits and Adriene too! Thanks for simplifying the inner workings or concept of deep belly breathing. Stay awesome Rey. And to everyone at FWFG/Adriene, thanks for taking the leap and making these chats readily avalable on the platform. My uninitiated (but open) mind is forever grateful 😊 Keep these chats coming! Peace, light and love 😊❤️
