Hi Adriene and everyone. This was my favourite BR so far. I am a loyal FWFG member and have been doing yoga every day ( sometimes 6 days a week) since the start of Covid . I want to say that I dont know what I would have done without this. I even made a beautiful room in my home just for yoga. Its changed my life. Thank you, Adriene. My dog has always been at my side as we watch you and Benji. She even had her own yoga mat. Two days ago, she passed away at 15. Im heart- broken but coming to the mat today made me feel stronger and helped me deal with my grief. Thank you for giving me this breathing room and being such a powerful presence in my life.

Great practice except cow legs. Even after years of daily yoga practice, my body point blank refuses the cow legs! 😕

Perfect timing. So my apartment flooded one month ago and we luckily have renters insurance and we have been in a hotel. But, the repairs are not done and we are being told me must check out Monday. I am understandably stressed out and scared. The federal unemployment benefits are ending so I am also losing all financial support I had due to covid shutting down my jobs. (which are still not open full time) I needed this practice today and this reminder that the $10 I pay every month does not go just to Adriene and her team, it is an investment in myself. I will keep my subscription going as long as I can because this special practices mean the world to me.

The Breathing Room is such a beautiful practice especially though this time of grief.

The support from this community over the last few days has been so touching and means so much too ❤️ I felt my breath carry me today and my emotions slowly releasing from my hips.

I can still feel the warmth of my dear Mum’s cheek and her breath on mine, her hand gripping mine even though we lost the Mum we knew a long time ago, I felt her spirit with me until the last day and something in her eyes that said so much. I breathe my love in and out to her and know I will find strength on my Mat so I can support loved ones through this sad time 🙏❤️🙏

This one was not for me. I understand that there will always be poses that I need to moderate, and as long as Adriene occasionally acnowledges that not everyone can do every pose, I am okay with that. I am frustrated, however, that I have never, in my several years of doing YWA, heard her acknowledge that her “favorite pose,” may be difficult for some. Between my large belly and tight hip flexors, that pose is not something i can do, and since she seems to see it as an easy resting pose, it’s difficult for me to feel okay with it being so difficult. Please, Adriene, recognize that this pose is not easy for everyone! The rest I was able to do or modify. This one just makes me doubt myself.

So im not sure if i am doing the cross leg twisting pose (I thought she said cow) correctly. So i went to the foundations videos and could only find cat/cow. Can someone tell me what it is called, and where i can get some more detailed instruction?

Oh my. I don't want to use capitals because it will seem like yelling but I really really loved this...........Adriene: you, Benji and the FWFG community have been my lifeline since March of 2020, every single day. With all the negative energy swirling around the world these last few weeks, this is literally the only place I can find peace. I treasure you and send more love than my lungs can hold. Namaste.
