I did enjoy this! Must say i did get thrown off a bit when it got completely silent. I thought the video froze lol i wasnt expecting the complete silence but once i discocered it wasnt the video or my wifi glitching, i went back and did it again, focused๐

Hi, Thank you Adriene. You said be an observer, acknowledge every thought, feeling, and go back to being the observer, and we do that through focusing on our breath. Thank you, and most grateful that I've find you/your authentic, real, truly sincere, and thoughtful online practice. I struggle to show up. In many of your practices you say that "the hardest part is showing up". I wonder if acknowledging something cause one to judge less? Showing up is easy when you are in a good place, it is the showing up when one feels suffocated, tired, and drowning. But, some days, like today, I managed to show up, not just for this, but actually after I did the Compassionate Conversation. Help comes in many forms. Thank you, I feel relaxed, happy, but mostly G
