In this BREATH session, we focus on the concept of flow, providing tools for practice that may lead you to explore the ways in which you may be working against yourself instead of for yourself. We will begin standing today, taking time to ground before we explore different tempos and rhythms. This is not meant to throw you but to help guide you into new territory for a deeper discovery. We continue to learn new vocabulary as well as integrate what we have learned so far to align and find freedom within the form.

This 22 min practice invites you to continue syncing up with your breath in the most loving way and is designed to leave the whole body feeling tended to.

Let me know how Day 11 goes for you in the comment section down below!

I quit my job 2 weeks ago with no idea which direction i am heading other than a direction that supports my well being. Every morning since then, before i start yoga I read what others have posted and start to tear up. I am not alone. Thank you all for helping not only to heal my body but heal my soul as well.

I loooove this. Been practicing since i found you on YouTube after my gym was closed for covid. My goal at the gym was to get in shape, and blow off some steam. Im actually greatful it closed because i am here now, 60lbs down, much stronger mentally, emotionally, and even when i came down with the "vid", yoga got me through the virus. The breathing and meditation and some stretching really eased the pain and i believe kept it from sinking into my chest. This 30 day practice is now helping me fine tune the flow of breath and movement. I incorporate it throughout my day and Im sure, before i even realize it, will become second nature without even thinking about it. Thank you so much! Namaste 🙏

I found that super super tough! Which I guess means I need it. 😘 Is there a video on FWFG that takes you slowly through pigeon (which my knees hate!)? If not, could we get one, please? I’d love to know how to set up so I can get the hip opening without stressing my knees. Thank you 🙏

Straight to the favorites! I love a good breath and flow with some abs! Best way to do ab work really, so focused on breath that I don’t really notice I’m working. As always, thank you Adrienne and team!

Wow, i really did not expect this practice to be so lovely (i was worried about the quicker pace), but it was a fantastic ride, leaving me with a flushed face and a lot of energy in my body :-) Also in the middle of the practice i had the association of all of us doing this practice in different timezones, on different continents and in different life circonstances ... moving as one single breathing organism.
