Hi Adriene! I would love to have a at home yoga retreat for this summer/fall . I imagine one with you introducing it with a live practice as a kind of check in and preferably ending the retreat with a live practice!Namaste🙏🥰

Adriene – I love your videos. I started several years ago when I wanted a supplement to my weekly local in-person yoga practice that I could do without driving half an hour (I live in rural Maine). I think “Revolution” was the 30-day that was live when I found you. Loved it! I soon joined FWFG and in December 2019 I finally started being really serious about DAILY practice, for which I have loved the monthly calendars. If I don’t have to decide which video to use it’s one less obstacle to actually doing it. The pandemic stay-at-home has been oddly great for me (odd because I’m very social and really thrive on being with people). After many false starts over the years at a daily home yoga practice, since the latest attempt in December I’ve been able to continue with only a few days missed and it feels so good (I thought this year’s January 30-day was the best ever!). I love waking up in the morning to your cheerful encouraging voice, some movement and body awareness, and an intention for day. The 17-35 minute vids are usually perfect for me. About once a week I enjoy a longer one. I’m not particularly inclined toward meditation – I really enjoy the cat-like approach of starting the day stretching and bending. It makes me purr :-). I’ve seen several suggestions for a before-bed series – I’d love that (I know you already have a couple vids with that focus and I’ve used them a lot). I am feeling hopeful about what’s happening in the world – the tremendous surge toward justice, awareness, honesty and equity; but I know to make that hope a reality will take a lot of work and the daily yoga practice has helped me stay on course with my work toward that end, which has only expanded during this time. I hope that the practice continues to nourish and support you. It certainly has me. Someone commenting in a review online about your program said “It’s like doing yoga with your best friend next door.” That’s what it feels like. I think that’s part of why it’s so easy to keep coming back. My local yoga teacher is also a dear friend, so now I feel like I have two dear yoga friends, even though you and I have never met and probably never will. Not sure it would.

Adriene, I’ve really been enjoying the live videos you’ve been doing and would love to see more. If we’re speaking strictly of the membership, then I think more short series would be cool!

This community is so invaluable to me, & I am so grateful to have found it back in 2014, it has literally changed my life. Would love more kundalini practice. Thank you for all you do 🙏🏼❤️

Hi Adriene and team. Firstly thank you. Thank you for being right beside me, here in Australia for, i think, over 6 years now. Undefinable gratitude. Hearing you rea “For courage” stopped he in my tracks. I leaned in and listened. Really listened. I always read your weekly poetry offerings in your letter but i admit they mostly just wash over me. So, in respose to your request for suggestions, I would love for you to include some of these offerings at the end of your videos or incorpoated into meditation practices. Namaste x

Rise is my favourite series and would love to see a nightime equivalent, preferable containing a practice that could be done in bed. I would also love it if you could do a sleep/ bedtime meditation x

You asked in this video, which I just watched, what would help in this time. It seems to me that yoga is the practice of responding to "right now," to being present with what arises. You point out that plans have been canceled and it's true, and also perhaps needs to be more true here in the US where uncanceled plans have led to so many sickened and dying. I am looking for the practice of being present to what arises--all of it, the joy and the sorrow--within a larger community that is doing this work. Insofar as you remind viewers to return, to come home to awareness and presence and breath, you remind me to do the same.

Thank you so much for your words and presence and offerings. I am new here, I discovered you through your incredible course on Commune and I am so excited and grateful to be here. As for content that you offer here, I would *love* for you to make a personal Q&A video where you would share your favorite books, films, mentors, musicians, places you’ve been in the world, artists... Namaste. Xx

Hey Adriene, I'm a newcomer to your classes. My overall experience with Yoga was not anything to write home about, but having said this, I am so happy you have come into my life. The classes are beginning to enhance my life in a way that I didn't think possible. Yoga is now a part of my spiritual practice. I alternate your lovely meditations along with my own way of meditating to create a very beautiful quiet time. Ok! The most difficult part for me though are (78 yrs. here) the transitions between poses. I get down to a plank and then cobra, and when I have to move back up into plank, I feel as if my arms are glued to the mat. Maybe I lack the strength, but with time I think my strength should improve. Could you possibly do some kind of instruction on transitioning? I love your classes and your style—your personality! Also, I lived in Mexico City for eight years, and I have a great love for the beauty inherent in the culture and country. Your Mexico videos make me feel so wonderful. Looking forward to hearing from you. Bonnie

I would like more narratives from you. History of yoga, discussion of yama and niyama. The lineage that you studied under. A history of Adriene’s journey.
