Watching this over the weekend, I commented to my husband that at least I joined a cult with a nice and kind lady as its leader. 😁 Thank you for the messages that help to keep me going. Here's a flower from my own yard in gratitude. 🙏

Happy july🌞I loved the intro💛the reading reminded of something else I learned from Sadhguru..he said smile with gratitude first thing in the morning when you wake up..and I do that every morning and it just makes such a difference on how I start my new day💛 I truly believe that there is so much goodness in the world! We mainly see the bad things online and in the news so what we see becomes part of our reality. I love being part of this community because I see so much goodness and positivity here!!! Im very excited for the trust the process video!! A big part of fwfg for me is to trust everything is as it should be and trust in the universe and the balance that has to be maintained!lets have wonderful July!! Sending love to all of you💛🪷

FWFG has become a mantra for me. I think I crashed through most of my life in a state of barely suppressed panic. People call it CPTSD these days. Find what feels good began in my life as a way to experience yoga - don’t strive for ‘the pose’ - ease into it, take in a breath and see if the out breath can carry you a little way. Like wind in a sail. It was so revolutionary to allow my poor battered body a bit of kindness. And ‘find what feels good’ gradually seeped into my relationships, eating, the clothes I wear, the places I go, the people I accord respect.

Gradually it has come to mean having more integrity to know what is right for me, freedom to choose for myself and not be bullied (by myself or other people), and gentleness to be able to do all this in a more loving way. It’s like water flowing down a stream bed, the ease keeps flowing, finding its path, seeping in and softening. When I lock up into panic it calmly starts again. As though I’ve opened a way and now it has a dance of its own and keeps moving. So I just keep doing yoga and finding what feels good.

Thank you for this, my dear Adriane. I have been craving some sukah, but having a hard time finding it. My anxiety is high, days are too hot and I feel stuck instead of freed. But your words brought some ease...will keep looking for goodness. ☀️

FWFG means finding what feels right for me and not what others think is right for me or what might be right for others. In short, fwfg means mindfully creating my own life!

I’m listening to this month’s heart to heart with a morning coffee and the rain falling. It’s Sunday and it feels quiet everywhere which I love. ‘We show up we practice’ sums up what this community means except we do

It together every day. Or as many days as we are able. Something will happen in a day and a post will come to mind, or a poem or a photo and I am all the richer. No detail of life is too minor on here to share. It’s all life. The community widens my heart and mind and I am very grateful ❤️

You've exactly described all the reasons I love FWFG and why it keeps me showing up and checking in. I love your vlogs through the highs and lows, and this community is such a beautiful space whenever I pop in. The light is here, the learning and growing is here and the love is here...moving through it all together. I can't thank you and this community enough...anyone who knows me (or even those who don't) hear from me how great a practice yoga is in this community for life both on and off the mat💗🙏☀️ thank you!
