Loved the Wayne's World reference in the intro 😍 Especially since I have my very own Garth look-a-like. His name is Baxter ❤️

Yummy!! Wide-legged forward fold is my favorite stretch, and someday the crown of my head will reach the floor. But flowing from star to twist in that stance is lovely!! A new favorite practice!

(I am trying to keep at bay my trepidation that she is moving us toward crow, the one move that brings every once of negative self-talk for me...every time we squat, I'm afraid it will go there! Don't tell Adriene! 😉)

Struggled to come to the mat today but so glad I did. Thank you for the care and thought you have put into this series.

Smell your armpits, life’s too short coupled with Star pose twists? C’mon!!! That was magic. Love and hugs and mat spray to all. Xoxo 🧘‍♀️💕😇🙏❄️

I find bird dog and tiger curls so much more effective for core strength than crunches. Plus it can be part of a flow to work the whole body. Really enjoyed this one.

I got a little behind, today I almost didn't come to the mat. Even after the practice started, I thought about stopping because I wasn't able to ground and be present, but I'm glad I didn't. This was gentle, and strong, and felt kind. I needed a little kindness. Thank you.

I fell a day behind on the practices this week, and really loved this full body rinse to get me back in balance. I'm going to double up with Day 18 Meditation. A beautiful way to start a snow day.

Wow, my shoulders are really starting to feel it! I did day 18 yesterday because it was available and I needed a break. I am going to try and hang on in there. I knew 30 days of flow would be tough (and it is). Can I find more ease? I've done just half plank today, trying to meet my body where it is. 🙏

Wow! I’ve been holding off on commenting on how awesome this 30 day journey is, but I can’t hold back now! I found myself trying so hard to slow my breathing just in hopes of making this practice last longer. I even hit a headstand on the forward fold! I wish I had a counter for the number of breaths I’ve taken with you! They are very precious and keeping getting better as time goes on! Thank you for your dedication to this practice and continually making it more awesome!
