Two thumbs up Marnie! Way up! Another practice that truly serves. I feel so anchored to the earth. That I have grown roots. Or something. So grounded. So stable. The connections from root to the crown is so nice. In every session, you bring up something new and exciting - to add to my growing toolbox of wellness. Thank you for providing guidance and clarity on how to keep our bones in good shape as we practice. And carry on with our daily activities. With the awareness comes great posture too. I am more mindful than ever before about each position. Mind-body-spirit united. I did this practice after Healthy Body Yoga, and it all makes perfect sense. It’s so empowering and at the same time, humbling. I am so honored to be learning from you! You’re making so much difference in my life and we have not even met. My heart overflows with gratitude. Every session is filled with love. Delivered in a lighthearted manner. From a much beloved friend. Thanks for doing the hard work for all of us. So much clarity. This is another gem of a practice I’d definitely revisit as part of my preventive care ritual. Balance in the truest sense of the word, and there’s such a thing! Stability. Accessible to us all, if we are so inclined to explore it. So nice. There’s joy to be found on the mat. All the time. Thank you Marnie, Adriene and FWFG team for this gift. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Yet another great practice! 🥰 I have struggled quite a lot with balances, and when I saw a specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist last year. They told me that I have practically zero Gluteus Medius muscles! 😱😢 With my Thunder Thighs and an ample butt, this came as something of a surprise to me! It did however explain why I am so wobbly in balance poses! 🤔💡😯 Today's practice involved working with our Gluteus Medius muscles a lot, in order to go into AND hold balance poses. I enjoyed using props, and going into poses from a different approach. I am loving getting up from the ground hands-free too!as several others have mentioned, I love the check-ins between the work/ poses. This is a really amazing series! Thank you so much Marnie, and thanks to the FWFG/ YWA team. Namaste 🧑🏽🙏🏽💗

I Shall come back to this Regularly. I loved The Swing Leg Balance. I found the Tree Chair Balance Really Good For my Left Leg as I Have A 9 year Old Hip Injury... Which I Have Not Really Managed To get much Turnout In. I Could Feel That I Was using Muscles Not Used In a Long time, By Using The Chair. Wonderful Detail Marnie. Thank you so much For This. 👌

Balancing poses are always humbling! But thanks to your very clear instructions and the build up of the balances it wasn’t so bad! I particularly like tree pose but the warrior three was fun too. I can definitely feel it in my hips which must be the point! Thank you 🙏
