<p>Regarding wrist pressure… Aidrienne often talks about spreading the hands wide then using all ten knuckles and fingertips as a way to take pressure off the wrists in asanas that require hands on the mat. Also, keeping a micro bend in the elbows, front of the arms facing forward, and rotating shoulders out to take pressure off the wrists by encouraging using the whole body rather that the wrists alone for support. Hi! I have IBSC & was wondering if the practices for healthy digestion would help with my issues. I know they can’t hurt so i’ve been doing them for ladt couple of nites & will continue with them. Just curious if thete wete practices more specifically tuned to help my problems? Thank u fir the wonderful videos! I am new the the FWFG community, but plan on stsying awhile. Its chsnged my life!
