Loved this practice! Gentle but powerful. First time I've cried during meditation. A beautiful happy cry. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant and I found out on Friday that I am!! The meditation at the end brought so much additional happiness to light. Left out boat pose since it isn't recommended during pregnancy, but the rest was gentle in such a perfect way. Thank you ❤

<p>I just wanted to share that while I love this series and repeat is often, I'm taking my queues from Adriene to find what feels good and have realized that breath of fire does not feel good in my anxious little body. And now I give myself permission to practice other forms of pranayama while Adriene guides kapalabhati ❤️ </p>

I was looking for a practice for lungs after having chest infection (or whatever it was) in March. Being scared to take a breath because it hurts if one of the scariest feelings.. But thanks to the FWFG community can have a bit more trust in it... But having a little relapse and worry about the lungs so this was very nice. Thank you.

<p>Many of us with allergies don't always have the privilege of breathing from both nostrils. While I was in extended childs pose I could only hear the sound of the "conch" on one side.  Oh, only one of my nostrils is open. Then the giggling started...😉</p>

<p>The sharp breathing part both dogs started staring at the tv, then one of them came over to start licking my face to make sure I was ok. Sharp breathing turned into fits of laughter. Great morning pick me up. Highly recommend doing it with a dog present to see their reaction. 🤣</p>
