Anyone else having trouble hearing Adriene during the 5-minute meditation at the end? Maybe it's just on my end, with my sound bar, etc., but the music overpowered her speech and it was hard to make out what she was saying.

I am loving the Ritual series so much so that im tempted to repeat it 4 times to take me through August rather than follow the calendar .. thank you Adriene as always for giving us just what we need when we need it! 💛

<p>I almost chose to replace today's video with a different one, because of all of the feelings that come up when I see the word "core" 😅 I'm really glad I chose an open mind, because this was a really lovely and centering flow 🩷</p>

I love this series so much, and this video be my favorite. I loved giving love to our tummies at the end. We demand so much of our core-physically, “aesthetically”- its nice to show it love and remind it that isn’t just worthy of being loved for what it can do, it’s worthy of being loved because its a part of us. Powerful. Thank you💙🦋
