About this video

<p>Here is a little video I took on my surgery day before I went in. It has been a major struggle and oh so emotional so I wanted to set intentions to let go of the difficulties and make my surgery day great. I also thought I should get this voice on record. Note- I had to bump up the volume just so you could hear me!</p><p><br></p><p>All ended up going well. I am currently on vocal rest with many sweet friends checking in on me daily. It's been rough but man, I am a lucky, lucky gal. The silence has definitely given light to the inner journey and my quest for center. I highly recommend you take one day each month to just be silent. There is so much there. So much.</p>
