AT 07:33/12:53 PAUSE THE VIDEO AND ADD THE PLANK ON YOUR 2ND SIDE! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ If you count your breaths ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ/timeโŒšโฑ๏ธ the first plank, you'll know how long to hold the 2nd one for whilst the video is paused ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Another great practice. I may suffer tomorrow, as Clams in any form seem to trigger my Chronic SIJ pain ๐Ÿ˜ช I risked it as there were only a few reps of each form of clam, so fingers crossed ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ.

Thanks Liz. ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒŒ

The positive changes going on in my body by adding Lizโ€™s Pilate practice is incredible!

Pilates used to always trigger sciatic pain for me, this has not happened. Maybe itโ€™s all the yoga and foam rolling thatโ€™s helped, idk, but Iโ€™ll take it.

Thank you Liz, I admire your teaching skillsโค๏ธ

My hips definitely need this! Is it just me or is there a side plank missing on the second side?

Thanks Liz! It gets better every time. The hips and the spine, tending to it brings so much joy within. Creating more space to allow others to be as they are :) This session is a nice release also. Strong and stable practices to be more resilient, more flexible to rise and ride the wave (of life) efficiently and effortlessly. Yummy, muscling up! I love Pilates! Thanks Adriene for all of these great new series! More from Liz please! ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿฉต๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ
