<p>@liz I love your classes, I’ve never got Pilates and struggled with core until yours. I have never had an issue with my SI or real lower back until after this class though, very painful, almost bruised. How can I prevent this please?</p>

<p>I have severe periformes issues on the right side. Which session was for hip health  ? The introduction to the series stated that the series is, so I’m confused.</p>
