In this 16-minute session, you will work on safely increasing hip flexibility while staying connected to your pelvic floor and abdominals. Then practice spinal articulation because a strong and flexible back improves whole-body function.

Pilates Variations is an introduction to fundamental exercises to build strength and progress your practice.
I was by the sink looking out, it’s a beautiful sunrise. As I was sipping the unpalatable concoction of pressed kale, lemon, cucumber…I looked to my left…as ever so subtly I noticed my pelvis tucking in ever so slowly then the transverse abdominals (?) and my hip sockets “shining up like headlights” as Adriene would imply. And yes, the feet’s equidistant aligning with my hips. Intuitively functioning and aligning into place! WOW! The practices work. I will do this later. The sun is beckoning it’s time to walk. I love you all! 🩷

The repitition to is so helpful for me as it’s hard to watch the video and do it correctly. Lots of left side hip popping today. Enjoying it so far.

Omg! This is exactly what I needed. Been doing somatic movement and chiropractic and improved my neurosensory amnesia somewhat but I kept crashing. Feeling my core again a bit after this. I’ve always wished someone would cue me like it was my first day in a body and this got pretty close! Thank youuuuuu
