Thank you, Liz. I’m interested to know while lying on our stomachs what area(s) the kicks and point and flex of our feet are working on? Enjoyed this one and will do the other practices. Thanks again.

I’m late to starting the series but MAN this was a great combo with Adriene’s new quad release practice. I loved the focused breathing in the beginning of this. Such a wonderful way to set the foundation! Thank you, Liz. 🙏🏼

This was my introduction to Pilates. It was a challenge for me but I was intrigued in the end and I want to stay open to something different and new! The speed was a little fast for my slow yoga brain body connection. I worked in NYC for 20 years and this conjured my old speedy self. 😆 I probably needed this more than I know.

I love her energy and it's interesting to try something new but this was so complicated for my brain!! It felt more like working than relaxing. Is this what all pilates is like?

That stubborn feeling; resistant to needing a strong foundation before moving forward.
