Whether you have noticed it or not, we do this a lot in our practices via Find What Feels Good and Yoga With Adriene together. But like a good community theme does, we are zooming from just the practical application and inviting in contemplation on the big picture. The spirit of the conscious breath is a loving one. It is a dear friend. So this month we celebrate and invite an awareness of coming back to that conscious inhale.
